A fighting sport with many training benifits

In learning this fighting sport; cardio, flexibility, concentration, resistance and more, are some of the benifits that you will develope. This program is not like an aerobic class with a few kicks and punches, demonstrated by a dance teacher.

In this program, you will learn real kickboxing techniques that you can practice in order to increase all the fitness characteristics for this discipline. The dynamism and the techniques are always there. Beginners, intermediates or advanced, in groups, in private or semi-private, we have lessons to suit all levels and individual preferences.

While we do not focus on making you a kick boxing champion, we do take our time on techniques and applications. Safety and real respect is always mandatory. Of course, we always have fun teaching this class. So it’s important for us that you have fun with progressive challenges 😉
Warning!!! kick boxing is not a self defense class (as for any other fighting sports). If you are learning kick boxing for self defense, you have been misled.
